Program Testimonials
“I wish I would have known about RegCLEAN before I spent more than $100 (THREE TIMES!) to have some geek repair my PC. It would work for a while, then I’d have to take it back. Now I know why. I started using RegCLEAN and I haven’t had to go back to the tech. Bet he hates you guys.” - Peter Colbar – Columbia, Missouri
“I can’t tell you how many times I blamed my computer’s performance on the things my teenage daughter was downloading and the programs she was using. Now I know it was the registry all along! Ever since I installed RegCLEAN my computer has been performing ten-times better and I don’t even have to fight with my daughter anymore about what she did or what she downloaded. I guess I owe her an apology (and she’s got you to thank for that!).”
RegClean Review
Installation of RegClean is a breeze and once the program launches you find yourself in a easy to understand program interface. You first place you find yourself in the software is in the scan pc area. From this area you can simply choose to have RegClean scan your registry automatically and seek out any problems or you can be more hands-on and pick and choose which of the 14 registry entries you would like RegClean to search for. These include shared dll’s, application paths and missing startup items.
A click of the “scan” button shows you the progress the program is making as it thoroughly scans the registry for problems. Scan times are quick – it took roughly one minute for my computer to scan the entire registry. When the scan has finished you are given the results and a list of any errors found and in which area of your operating system they were found. If you wish, you can manually review each file before you delete it or have RegClean delete them all for you with a click of the mouse.
You don’t have to worry about removing important registry files because the program has a built-in backup and restore feature. Before RegClean deletes any registry entries it deems a problem it will first make a copy of them in case you do run in to problems with your PC at a later date. You then simply load up the old backup copy and restore your system to where it was previously.
Another feature of RegClean that you see in many registry repair program is the Startup Program Manager. Using this utility you can take control of your Windows startup programs. There are many programs that load up with Windows that you don’t need right at that moment but they take up valuable system resources. Using the Startup manager you can delete or disable these programs and free up much needed resources.
